Useless.

I've only been living at Grand Central Apartments for 3 months but I've ready had many problems. First I moved in to a unit then the landlord said that the unit is for sale so I should move to another. I then moved into a unit that had not electricity for 2 days. Currently I do not have a tag because it stopped working after a month and my landlord seems to have lost it after I gave it to him. When I ask the security they say that most of my landlord's (Elias) tenants don't have tags and they don't know what the problem is either. Save yourself the headache and live anywhere else.
