Unfair Treatment

My lease ended in the middle of the pandemic and because of the level 5 rules I could not move out. I did let them know I would not renew my contract but was waiting for the lockdown rules to change. They turned off my electricity anyway and would not pay back my deposit when I moved out. They are the worst!
