Whether you are renting out a place or renting a place beware of these amateurs! To my own detriment I will advise NOT to buy a property where Rental Pro’s are the management agent. With egos larger than life and no appetite for work this has been a costly exercise for me personally that I will not wish upon my worst enemy. Stay away!
