They dont want to refund my deposit

I have provided Rental Pro with a Notice as prescribed in my contract that should i wish to terminate the contract I can provide a notice and ill be charged reasonable fee of termination. Boooom Now Im told the termination is rental fee and 1000 if they do find a tenant to occupy the Unit. What sick Joke is this
