The Pro’s agency at Idwala Place

I moved into a place called Idwala Place in Midrand, last year November. The place was a new property under this agency. This agency doesn’t care about the wellbeing of its tenants.. on the 24th June I started having a problem of water leakage in the roofing, they never came or attended my matter with countless emails. The last email I sent before they attended me was when I said I will not be paying rent Endoff month and I didn’t until the 3rd of July and today (04th) they sent me a plumber from their maintenance company “maintenance pro’s”. and that guy just went outside to check and said its valves … mind you it’s leaking on the roofing not outside my place. Then the owner sent another company called “ANT PROJECT” and they evaluated the issue and said.. the apartment on top of mine is the one leaking and on the concrete slab there’s pipes which means they need to break the concrete slab and look at the pipes” and I reported back to the “The pros” people and they went back and forth with me until they sent me a lease saying “they cancelled my lease and I will be charged for damages and also if they don’t get any person for August I will be liable for that” and they emailed again demanding keys of my place…and now at 17:00 I get an email from one of their agents Zelda that I moved out… meanwhile I’m still in my place. They refusing with my deposit.

Just because I can’t stay in a place where my safety is compromised.. the tiles are cracked, the roof is leaking like I’m staying in a shack and also my lightbulbs cables are mixed with water inside my roof so there’s a leak on the hole where cables are coming out.

This company is the worst to work with, not talk about the complex “Idwala Place” don’t ever stay here.. two cars were ****** in this complex the past 4 months or so..

But I will not let this treatment go in vain…
