THE MOST CRUEL AGENCY EVER RENTAL PRO'S

i have moved in the flat with rental pro's in February 2018 and the person i went to view the place with was Elias, when i got to the place i just loved the place it was nice even though it was small...we agreed and we signed the lease agreement for 12 months not knowing that i am putting myself into a wrong place....

The first problems that started was the was no security and the electric fence in that property it was not working at all the gate was locked by a big lock...then together with the tenants there we started to question them for safety as it was too many breaks in...we struggle for a very long time but eventually after i send emails left, right center to them and they finally came and fixed the fence and fixed the gate thank you for that....

How ever for me i don't want to lie i had rental pro's with my whole life what they did to me i will never forget..as i said started staying there with them in February 2018 and i told them i will like to pay my rent on the 20th of each month as i don't get paid on the 01st, they agreed the lady by the name of lendiwe and told me that i will have to pay 250.00 for late payment cause i suppose to pay on the 3rd to the 3rd i asked my husband about it and he agreed saying he didn't want to go and look for a place again....so we end up paying 250.00 every the 20th to the 20th just to keep the place...but that was not enough in may we had problems that we can't avoid a funeral and had to skip only for may then i send them email explain to them to Michelle and also Elias with Johann and katlego but non of them responded only after 10 days i got the email to vermaak law the person by the name of dewald vermaak saying my account it was handed over i made arrangement with him but they still blocked my prepaid meter and i was not able to buy electricity for days...and when the account come back it keep on increasing with 600 or 700 and when i query about that mechelle davy says is the admin fee for rental pro, then the question was did you had my account over who is charging here and why will you hand my account over if i requested only time to pay the amount off that was in arrears which i did in june and also paid july rental as normal....but still blocked my meter says i had to pay the attorney fees of more than the rental amount it was 2x the rental amount that they charge....i told them i will rather leave the property cause that one i can't do....

Then the maintenance guys started to visit my unit trying to lock the unit while me and my family are not at home but first time they were not lucky cause my husband was in the house then the second time Jacques came with his two guys and their took the handles of the doors and the main security gate for us not to be able to close the doors, then came third time and took out the door and the security gate and all this they say the where send by the rental pro's and the attorneys dewald vermaaak....when i tried to speak with jacques he says that the owner of the unit say s that for the pass 6 months didn't receive the rental money, while i paid every month and had proofs and even paying extra 250 for nothing...i asked to speak to the owner no one wanted to give me the owner's contact details for me to speak with him/her....they treated me so bad unfair that i had to leave the place cause everything that they where doing was *******.....THIS PEOPLE RENTAL PRO'S AND THEIR ATTORNEYS VERMAAK LAW ARE VERY HEARTLESS THEY DON'T CARE FOR ANYONE I WONT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE SHOULD STAY IN THEIR PROPERTIES THEY ARE RUDE AND ROBBING AGENCY I WONDER WHO GIVE VERMAAK LAW THE LICENCE OF DOING SO MANY THINGS ******* AND GET AWAY WITH IT....

The wise thing every time when you phone Elias the person who put us there....his answer is always my hands are tired.....how cruel can people be....
