If you are brave enough to do so, please read your terms thoroughly including the early termination where they get to keep your deposit. Keep record of your utility billings and safeguard all proof of payments that you make. They charge exorbitant amounts on utilities, which would make one believe that they add a mark up on these. Furthermore, make sure you request monthly statements which reflect your balances.

Don’t be fooled by the name, their practice is the total opposite of what they call themselves.
