renting from rental pro's

we rent a flat from rental pro's was behind in rent as we get paid weekly, (behind due to circumstances i.e. car broke down, repaired, car ******, got the car back in bad situation, had to go through road worthy again - all cost money, right) were handed over to dewald vermaak law. we signed another agreement to pay which we did so far but we do not have electricity. dewald does not get back to you the protea metering cannot assist because dewald has not told them to take off the block. HE JUST DOES NOT BOTHER TO ASSIST IN THIS MATTEER. PEOPLE WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PEOPLE? WE CANNOT RELY ON ANYONE BEEN HONEST AND OR SINCERE ANYMORE. I STILL CARE A BOUT OTHER PEOPLE AS MY LORD DOES NOT ALLOW ME NOT TO CARE. GOOD LUCK WITH PEOPLE IN MY SITUATION. I FEEL FOR YOU.
