Rental pros. They don't return deposit

Good day.

During lockdown we got a paycut at work, I informed the agent, they had no problems until my deposit. They wanted a letter to show I got a paycut. I gave it to them and still nothing. It's been 6weeks waiting. They won't even respond to emails.
