Rental Pro's Suck....dont use this company

Dont ever make the mistake of using this rental company. They neglected replacing a faulty lock for 4 months and we had to force the door open. The maintenance team came through numerous times and tried to fix the same lock that was damaged and it kept jamming. Now that we were locked out we had to force the door open and are unable to lock the door for approx 3 months. Now we get a bill of R3000 to replace the door. This is due to their negligence. They only have excuses.
