Rental Pros Agency ARE ******!!!!!

I was renting out a unit at GRAND CENTRAL APARTMENT unit 2306 from RENTAL PROS property management company based in CENTURION my lease ended on 31 May 2020. On 20 May 2020 two guys came to the flat to do an inspection. After the inspection was done they confirmed that there were no damages to the flat that were due to my negligence. They also mentioned that the lounge and kitchen walls had water marks. The water marks were due to pot steam when cooking, the unit does not have air ventilators. I moved out of the unit on 28 May 2020 I went back on 29 May 2020 to clean the unit and left the keys with security as instructed by the Agent TOONA. On 09 June 2020 I sent an email to RENTAL PROS to remind them to refund my deposit of R5,000. RENTAL PROS refunded an amount of R3,442.49 my deposit was reduced by R1,575.51 claiming that they cleaned and painted the unit due to dark marks on the passage, lounge and kitchen walls. I don’t know exactly what they cleaned because I cleaned the unit myself after I had vacated and there were no dark marks on the walls. JESS from RENTAL PROS maintenance team provided images of the damages and to my surprise the floor tiles on the images were not of the unit I was renting, they were clearly taken from another unit. I provided them with images of the unit I stayed in which reflected dark brown tiles not white tiles. RENTAL PROS ARE ****** THEY WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REDUCE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. If I had known that RENTAL PROS are a bunch of ******* and ********** I wouldn’t have rented any of their units.
