R 2500 taken from my deposit

Very bad experience with Rental Pro's. I've been a tenant before but after 2 years of being with them I get such a horrible treatment. They charged me R2500 from my deposit for minor marks on the wall, after the inspector told me it's not something to worry about. After several emails and calls to follow up nobody bothers to respond. Think twice before being a tenant here. Very poor service.
