His name is Katlego. He is a condescending *****. Just can’t imagine why someone would go into a profession knowing he doesn’t have the appetite to deal with people but continue to be so rude and lack patience with people. I was looking for someone to explain there billing but was met with his bad attitude. Needless to say there billing is questionable to
