Poor Service, lack of transparency

I recently had to move out of my old department, the inspection guys had to come and inspect the place before we had moved out to check if there were any damages. The inspection guy said everything looked fine, except for the tap in the kitchen which was loose, which i agreed with. The rental guys had contacted me to ask me to send them my banking details. I asked them to send me a breakdown of the report and what was going to be deducted from my deposit, nearly 80% of my deposit was taken. They had charged me for things that were not even broken, like dirty walls mostly, dirty units, loose gate (Which is working perfectly fine), deposit for tags. I feel like they were not transparent about this when the inspection guys came through and was only aware of this at the end.
