Poor service & Incompetency at rental pro's

The people at Rental Pros are very ***********, They cause an inconvenience for me and cant even rectify their account. I send my rent and they debited after they told me my debit order is cancelled. Now they want me to wait 5 days for them to refund it.

I have been going up and down with email and I cant seem to get assistance.
