Poor Client service by Rental Pro Centurion

I have been renting at a complex that is being rented out by the agency called "Rental Pro" for 2 years. This agency has never had any issues with me paying my rent, my rent has been paid every month a week before the due date and I even paid in advance. About a month ago my fiance and I were held at gunpoint inside our unit that is a security complex and was shot at. The caretaker cannot tell us how the suspects entered the complex, the access to the complex is a call function and the security guard at the gate has a remote. We then for our safety and our children's safety gave 21 days notice and we moved out on the 19th of June, the inspection was done and keys were handed in even though we had time till the end of June. Since this all happened I have sent an email upon email for information on when our deposit will be refunded and no one replies on my emails, I even called to follow up and every time I get an answer from the reception saying there is no one at the office to assist or the power is down. After leaving messages for the agents to call me back I have also till date not received any calls from this agency. I would just like to know how hard can it be to reply to an email or even to call a client back? I hope whoever reads this review will reconsider using this agency for their property as they have no sence of client service.
