Katlego rude and unprofessional

Such *********** management. My lease is coming to an end and I happen to want to renewal.. I queried why i need to pay again admin fees.. The answer was to answer u such questions, this is admin work that we are doing. This is after they said we hire an administrator and asked what does their administration entail. I have nothing against paying admin fees for the 3rd time however i need to know what m paying for. They need to be professional.. They need to remove their emotions out of it
