Rental Pros is great, until you request your deposit back. Simpy forget about getting your deposit back. As soon as you pay it, consider it gone with the wind. I paid a deposit in 2019 and I really enjoyed my time at Kings Crossing as the rent was affordable. I then gave them notice as my lease was due to end in Nov of 2023 that I was moving out. After I gave the notice, did they not switch off my Wifi? Now they were trying to bully me into renewing my contract.

Firstly, your deposit does not even sit in an interest bearing account. Secondly, when I asked for my refund, they took the full R6,630 and then also had the ***** to state that I owe them R1000 and if I dont pay, they will get their lawyers involved. Bullying tactics. So yeah. Affordable pricing. Good Location. Just forget about getting your deposit back :) I stayed at Unit 209 Kings Crossing before they nullify my review for non verification.
