Hold out of deposit

I am very much dissatisfied with company on the deposit payout & how there is no communication or feedback on the holdup of the pay out. I moved out of the property end of June after giving 20 days notice to Traflagar who took over the admin of the building as per lease instruction. I contacted Traflagar after moving out to enquire about my deposit and was informed Clear Mandate should pay the deposit as it is still with them. I contacted Ralph who is the agent I got the flat through and he referred me to Francis from the finance department. The finance person never replies to emails and the company is ignoring my emails including Ralph the agent.

This company there are ****** who do not want to pay the deposit after you have moved out. I am definitely seeking legal action as I have been patient with them for 3 months.
