Don't rent from Rent Pro's or Grand Central Apartments

I rented a unit at their Grand Central Apartments in Midrand, from the day I moved in the unit had damages which they promised me would be fixed soon but that never happened. They also don't maintain the complex as a whole as there is water bursts on the pavings and roofs from top units. The stairs tiles are so old and broken but they never fix them. When I moved out the person doing inspection told me I would get my deposit in full as nothing was broken but to my surprise they only paid me back R1600 from a deposit of R5000 even though I left the unit in good condition. They also rip you off through their metering system every time you buy electricity they take half of the money you use to purchase regardless of how much you buy for and this results in you spending same amount on water and electricity per month.
