If I could give this company a zero I would. Poor service from Jo and Elizabeth actually the whole bunch. They lack business ethics and I don’t know why one would run or work for a business they have no passion for. To them everything is about money, they do not care at all about customer service. When you complain Jo will tell you they have been running for 18 years strong. That’s all she cares about. All small but old companies die yearly and your time is closer.
