DEPOSIT ***** BY RENTAL PROS

Hi all, This message is a WARNING to all those looking for rental agents to rent through there is a rental agent known as RENTAL PRO/S -WATCH YOUR BACK, they are very spiteful and conniving, we renewed a 1 year lease with them which according to what we signed a year ago ended 31st Aug 2018 BUT their administrative staff sent us an email on the 5th of June 2018 titled "RENEWAL LEASE REMINDER - CURRENT LEASE ENDING 31 JULY 2018 - GOLDEN OAKS 171" which obviously means exactly what it reads, due to knowing we were planning to move out in any case we decided that we wouldn't be renewing the lease and asked when the right time to put in Notice would be, the administrator then responded by saying that she will treat the email we sent as notice for 31 July 2018. All good and settled, everything went on as usual we had complications with them and the moving out check list but in the end just waited to get our deposit back and forget about them. Only to receive a new email stating the following - " Attached please find your signed lease, Please note you have terminated your contract before end date, as per contract clause 32.1 you will be charged a penalty of one month's rent since well we don't have a new tenant for the month of August 2018." AFTER GIVING A NOTICE DATED 5 JUNE WHICH WAS INITIALIZED BY THEM TELLING US OUR LEASE WAS EXPIRING ON 31 JULY, SUDDENLY NOW THEIR OWN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR MUST BE PAID FOR BY US!!!!!!!! Rental Pros is a NO GO ZONE, THEY ARE CONNIVING AND CHEATING PEOPLE OF MONIES DUE TO THEM.
