Be very careful with this company they make sure they’ll never give you your deposit back and if you email them concerning that issue they never respond and will blacklist you if you don’t pay for something that you never owed them , as soon as I mentioned ‘Interest’ problems started appearing out of nowhere.

I got my walls painted and cupboards cleaned up 1 month before vacating my unit , sent an email with proof of everything the only place that needed cleaning done was bathroom.

Guess what they told me ? They sent me an invoice of everything I had already covered alleging that they had found everything in bad conditions.

My question is how ? If I painted and changed cupboards a month before.

After asking about my deposit they sent me this invoice which had a lot of extra expenses I had covered.

The month I changed and painted everything I had paid for one extra month and left to Sandton to find a new place.

Not them calling me to come pick up my stuff from the parking lot and changing locks.

I wish I could give this company -5 stars. Never missed a payment. Everything was in order.

DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
