Bad communication, account in arrears with no proof

At first I did not have any problems with them until I had to move out. Suddenly I am behind on rent with no communication from the agent. They sent me a summons and now I find myself paying legal fees and administrative fees for something they failed to show proof of. I can see in the statement I’m in arrears but I’m not entirely sure for which month. I have provided proof for the months the required. I’ve sent emails and I haven’t received any clear answer. My agent is unaware or the problem and she asked me to email these lawyers. I’m 9 months pregnant and they are asking me to view my apartment at 7am in the morning for potential tenants. After I sent an email stating later in the afternoon would be better.
