Poor communication,service and NO email etiquette

Emailed documents to "Alida" after filling in the online form.To which I got a response stating "application unfortunately turned down", that's it..that's all.

No basic email etiquette of at least greeting a would-be customer or furnishing reasons why one was declined.

Glad to see some people have received good service from this person..maybe the service levels vary according to declined and approved clients.
