Horrible service!!! Worst possible.

I app**** for a console. My salary is more than adequate.

They then asked me for 3 months bank statements which I send.

They then rep**** stating they needed and additional week, which was part of the previous 3 months I already sent. Clearly not computer literate. I then got a mail stating my application was declined. Upon which I rep**** asking why numerous times. The completely ignored me.

When I phoned them asking why they gave me the worst customer service attitude imaginable. They were rude and said I was declined just because the said so.

I then told the idiot on the phone that I have the right to know why i have been declined. He then responded with the worst attitude stating that thats just the way it is and will do no effort to even help me out.

Worst worst company ever. Stick to teljoy people.
