Application for a 3rd appliance declined

<p>I have been a client of Rental Plus for more than a year now and have never missed one payment. I have been renting-to-own 2 items from them during this period and was in the position to settle the first appliance with the intention of getting a 3rd appliance which i desperately need. I completed the form and sent in the required documents only to be infromed that they had recently changed company policy in that if there are any disputed items on my bank statement, my application is delined with immediate effect. They wouldn't even consider the mitigating circumstances that these weren't actual disputed debit orders because I reveresed these transactions due to the fact that I had cancelled these with the relevant suppliers but they didn't stop these debit orders in time. I am very disappointed to say the least.</p>
