RENTALCARS.COM & HERTZ

I responded to an e-mail of rentalcars.com offering a discount on car rental. I made a booking online and specifically not requested full cover protection. What we didn't know is that they are a broker! The car was fetched off from Hertz and were we billed full cover protection from this company after specifically not requesting this. Very bad experience and would not recommend making a booking through rentalcars.com...No discount! You end up being billed far more than expected as the car rental company end up billing you for what you specifically asked the broker not to!
