Rental Cars - Poor, poorer, poorest!

Experienced exceedingly poor service from their local agent at the PE airport. Had to cancel my booking due to lack of information upfront and thus had to rent from another company. Trying since end of August to get a refund on my booking - but it seems a useless exercise. NB!! Be careful when you use them and make sure of ALL the fine print etc.
