Refund ******

I booked a Quantum with Rental Cars and selected unlimited kilometers. I took the car at Bidvest without any explanation from them regarding the kilometers and only to be told when inquiring about my refund that they don't do unlimited kilometers. I got charged extra R11,000. this is so unacceptable especially at such a time as this when we're losing our jobs, our loved ones and everything else. please arrange a way so that I can get my full refund from Bidvest.
