Money was taken out of my account not of reversed

I booked a car online on the 26th October, when I went to collect the car the next day the Tempest car rental was there,apparently they have relocated. I requested for my money back, I got an email that the money was reversed,yesterday instead of getting funds back in my account, I saw that the money was deducted from my account. Can I kindly have the money back in my account ASAP
