Misleading information

This car hire site is a no go zone. They do not disclose information upfront. I made a booking with them because their rates seemed lower than going straight to avis. I used my husband's card to make the booking even though I used my name as the main driver. They did not waste any moment in taking the funds from his account. After booking that's where they give you more information. Long story short. I need to cancel the booking as I do not have a credit card in my name, and worst part is I have to loose almost R900. Their call centre number does not get answered because I tried to call before cancelling. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and ended up ending the call. They must stop misleading people and just prompt for all that information before they can take money of the account.
