***** by europecar cape town airport

<p>During january 2017 I returned my rental renault. The attandant accepting my vehicle indicted two minor scratches to me. I told him that it was cosmetic and can be rubbed away with a little polish. He then agreed and everything was ok. Two days later I received a sms that a claim was instituted for damage to the vehicle. No description as to what kind of damage or not even a fone call to me. R6000.00 deposit was kept by europecar and still no explanation as to the damage. I emailed them but still no response.I dont even know who to contact</p>
