Disgusting company

What a ****!! Online bookings do not give you options and when I was on their website, I was asked what car I wanted and my personal details. Once I put in my bank details the money was taken from my account without my even landing on a page to put in my dates, level of insurance or an additional driver!! Trying to cancel the booking became a nightmare as the phone number provided in the confirmation email is out of service - meaning I had to phone their UK number + ********** 05674 - not once - but twice and was put on hold a number of times as they were adamant that they would charge me for 3 days of hire as the cancellation fee?!! They would reimburse the R1 200.00 insurance charge but not the rental - in spite of the fact that I called immediately. There was nobody there that could hold a conversation and the call center agents just kept on repeating themselves - incapable of listening to me to understand me.....just reading me the same garbage repeatedly. Eventually after asking for the name and number of their MD - I was put through to the call center manager Anton who refused to give me his last name and simply refused to listen to me either. They are rude - arrogant - pompous and ***** your money!! I have told them that I will report them to the Consumer Protection Council (which I have done) and on Hello Peter and on all social media platforms. Do yourself a favour - do not use them!!!
