CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO MORE !!!

Dont even think of usig *** in your life! We called yesterday to book a vehicle for my suster in middelburg all done sorted ! Today they catch a lift from Middelburg to Witbank to get the car we booked for them and BANG there is no booking so i call Rent a car and after 30 - 40 min the dude puts the phone down in my ear after he raised his voice to me and refuse to put me thru to a manager, No effort to even help me or to try and get a car for me ! They stuffed up but they make it my problem No effort of what so ever to assist me!!!!!! WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE! After 2 hrs i managed to speak to a wonderful guy at Avis in Witbank and he will assist us!
