worst ever experience

this has probably been the worst service i have ever received to date- application process was smooth - but there after not one person could tell me if my order was processed or even on route - from having different dates 17th - then 23rd then 25th then 31st then advising my order has been cancelled - i literally will not recommend them especially if you are living in the western cape - no sense of urgency or even assisting clients with updates - u need to half harass the staff for any type of feedback - what resulted in waiting for 2 months to having a cancelled order - extremely poor
