Unauthorized Deduction Rental Buddies

My last payment was 31 Dec 2025, since then no other deductions were made or any correspondence from Rental Buddies, just to get another shock after 6 months end of May 2026 of another deduction, they claim its there system that detected amount still owing, they did not even have the audacity to contact me and explain to me, they just took the money straight from my account, they could of called or sent an e-mail

Now I am financially in trouble due to there poor accounting system

I will be thinking twice before recommending or using them again
