Poor customer service

This company has taken there money from my bank account. Now they say they can not deliver my stuff because there are only two deliveries in Rustenburg. This is now for the last 2 weeks that I'm waiting. They deducted my bank account for the delivery cost and the first month payment. So think before using them.
