Rentadeal - Pathetic company

Be very very careful when opting for a vehicle on a rent to buy option from Rentadeal. It appears they look for loopholes to deduct charges from the deposit before they refund you. As they are part of Rentacheapie Car Hire which clearly operates in the same way when refunding their clients' deposits. I paid a R15,000 deposit which was a requirement and formed part of the rental agreement. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I was unable to pay the monthly rental premium and the vehicle was collected from me on the 14th of the month. However, they deducted a full month's rental as well as an exorbitant amount for a collection fee from my deposit. Please refrain from doing business with Rentadeal - there are some reputable companies out there.
