Very Bad Service

Very unhappy with the level of customer service. But then I spoke to the manageress and discovered where all this attitude comes from. If you are going to advertise R119 per day over 15 days, then how can you get away with charging me R149 per day over 15 days. What upset me more was that she treated me like I am an idiot and do not know what I'm talking about. I do my research and do not make assumptions. I'm amazed that they are willing to lose thousands of rands, just in order to save a R300. I am definitely going to spread the word!
