Unacceptable service

We had quite a bad experience at Rentacheapie for a long term rental. In three days, our car broke down twice. We wouldn't have been that upset if the service we received when the car broke down the first time was not deplorable. As it was a Saturday afternoon, the "team captain" we ended up speaking to was rushing to leave and treating us as if we were idiots, and not taking us seriously - I don't want to believe that the fact that we were two young women affected his reaction to our problem. At the end of the day, excuses were not made and the blame was put on the air coming from the ocean and the unpredictability of the breaking down of cars which are yet defined as very reliable and supposedly checked everytime they are handed to other people. Anyway, we were given a new car with a lots of dents and scratches, which broke down three days after and couldn't start anymore. After waiting an hour and half for a mechanics to come and another half hour for him to fix the car, the car was running again. It has only been one day but we are hoping and praying for the car not to break down in the next three days to come.
