Terrible service and arrogant back-office staff! Never ever in my life!

Worst car rental. First of all service hours are not practical! Anyone in serious business does not start at 08h00 - at 08h00 you need to be at destination ansd same apply for returning vehicle and weekends! Intention was to use them for next couple of months on a weekly basis! I request that they shoudl keep deposit until we will stop renting cars and then we can reconcile. Reason was that they can then release car, send the invoice and I will pay! Reason is NOT to delay the driver as payment is secured by the deposit and we have built a record over 2 months thatw e amke payments within hour after we receive. When I recommend the second lady became extremely arrogant and that was end of our business with them. Terrible service. Dont waste your time getting a rental from them!!!! They should go to a business school to get lessons in service and it is NOT as if they are the cheapest!
