Terrible service

Their vehicles are not well maintained. I hired a car for six days and during that time had three call-out incidents. The last incident involved the vehicle stalling while driving. Customer service is a real hit and miss ranging from good to downright rude depending on the representative involved. Rentals are advertised as cheap but costs end up working out more expensive than the more established rental agencies after adding insurance.
