Rent a RipOff!!!!!!!

I was in need of a car urgently and requested a quote from this company...after receiving quote, I immediately paid the deposit.. I found the quote to be quite misleading as the total(s) amounts are not specified as a complete or total amount. And the quote stated that its monthly payments but on arrival i needed to pay upfront...

In addition, the cheaper car was apparently not available so I was forced to take the more expensive one.

Then on my arrival to collect the car, I was surprised at the amounts due...also that the cheaper car was indeed available to rent immediately but at the same rate as the one I was forced to take...

So the guy tells me I cannot get my deposit back... but they were not clear on their quote... I was there to collect and pay the amount that was due on the quote to my understanding. It was advertised for cheaper...
