Excellent customer service!

The service that I received from the RAC staff was nothing short of spectacular. I called in for the rental and managed to get a car within the next two hours on the day of booking it. The vehicle option was upgraded to the make and model that I initially wanted, and the inspection took place as soon as arrived at the premises. I have had the car for about two months, and it remained in its pristine condition throughout the rental; no problems or any sort of malfunctioning occurred during this period.

The three staff members who I frequently interacted with are Annuscha, Candice and Gisela. They are a true representation of excellent customer service and what it means to maintain a high level of professionalism. They kept up communication with me at every point where I needed an extension, and invoices were sent to me promptly. The standard waiting period for a refund is usually 5-7 business days or longer with any other company, but I received my deposit back within a day of returning the vehicle.
