Can't even send an SMS
Unwilling to show courtesy or appreciation of the customer by not providing an opportunity to extend BEFORE charging me for nonreturn. They could not even be bothered to send an SMS or email.

You also didn't return the vehicle on due return date. Unfortunately we don't have the facilities to email/phone/sms 450 clients daily.
