We arrived in Zagreb, Croatia, on 9th July to find that the car hire company contracted and paid for thu Rentalcars.com had folded two months previously. We had received a confirmation from Rentalcars.com only three days prior to our arrival. We were forced to hire from an alternative company at a substantially higher cost. All attempts to get a response from Rentalcars.com have failed.
