Rent to Own Mzanzi

I paid on the 13 / 14 / 15 / 21 of December 2022 for rent to own leasing vehicles x 2 from this company but never received the vehicles. After lots of phone calls and messages to keep me updated regarding the delivery that was delayed every time, I decided to reverse the eft payments at the bank due to no service received. Now I'm apparently at fault according to them due to the fact that I signed a dogus contract but no service was delivered after 30 days. Now who is at fault.
