****med for money

HI all..Last week friday I was promised this car by a private car dealer that helps people that cant get finance..After a time consuming conversation & whatsapp calls , I had to pay an instalment for the car ,which I did of R2500 , the moment I sent it & paid , the guy became quiet & never responded at all..I was ****med & he targets vulnerable people & *****s their money... If any of you recognise this guy or know of him , please do not do business with him..

If anyone can help catch this guy & get my money back I will really appreciate it..Even arrest him..
