I have rented a Unit at West Gardens in West Park. The advertisenent of the unit indicated that there is a 24 hours security at the premises. In August 2019, I was not home and there was breakin at the unit. When I viewed the CCTV footage I have seen the security guard who was on duty opening the gate for the vehicle that stole my goods without signing the register on visitors log book. When I ask the agent to sue the security company for security breach they refused. The agent doesn't care about the safety of tenants the only thing they care about is tenants money. Some of the security guards are not trained to be security guards. In fact they dont have security qualifications. NEVER RENT OUT A PROPERTY FROM RENT A PROP AGENCY.
